@dillyd Fortunately I haven't seen anything like that in my area, otherwise I'd be tempted to shove them into one pile to the side. There are a ton of pedestrians in the area, including school children, cyclists, and people who queue up for the bus.
It's a shitty thing to do in any situation, but the sidewalk is for people.
