I suppose this will be another case where the #GOP corrupted puppet #Republicans on #SCOTUS are going to take another case to legislate from the bench in favor of their political and theocratic masters by taking a case with no standing, no legitimate plaintiff, and no damages.
@GottaLaff I just got into this issue with a couple of guys on a different post. Remember the woman in the Newsweek article who was miscarrying and denied medical intervention? She was given fentanyl. MAGAts hate fentanyl. Border anyone? My point was they were giving her a pain killer! Her body was trying to abort a unviable fetus. She could have died. The dudes couldn’t understand me, let alone listen to a woman.

Perhaps this explains part of their hatred for the transgendered: They cannot be made into breeding stock.
@philip_cardella@GottaLaff If not term limits, then AT LEAST maximum age. In Canada all federally appointed Judges leave at age 75. Damned good rule. It's not unheard of (naturally) for a (very) few Judges to be struck with dementia while still sitting. So far no travesties. AND maxing out at 75 ensures new blood.

@GottaLaff For decades, as I watched inaction on this issue, except by those interested in denying individual rights, I have advocated home abortion kits that can be assembled without medical supervision.
It isn't too late to prepare.
Medical personnel should be the core of the design process, and the goal should be to make government regulation not just ineffective, but irrelevant.
