Take the case of Croatia and Serbia during what was called the Yugoslav Civil Wars (sometimes the Balkan Wars)about 1991-2000. Afterwards each side accused the other of war crimes. 15 years later the ICJ said neither was. Yugoslav People’s Army was implicated in war crimes in Kosovo. (More)

I believe 1/3rd of people come to Social Media just to vent & to get approbation in Dark Times. 1/3rd come to Bully & Shout behind the safety of a screen. 1/3rd of us come here hopeful of Making Things Better.
