Why is The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1 on this list?
Sure I understand that fans at the time didn’t want the book to be split into two movies. But it was a fantastic movie that stays very true to the Mockingjay book. Both Parts 1 & 2 of the movies I view as a singular movie.

He’s done plenty outside cinema, too: television comedy, music videos, working in nightclubs where he met a lot of rock stars: “Lennon, Paul McCartney, Eric Clapton, George Harrison, Pink Floyd …”

Apparently the production went throughout a lot. They even used their phone for filming some of the stuff when the camera broke. It's also Dev Patel's first venture into directing so his work would only get better.
There is already a insanely popular show on Netflix about the real athletes every season so a movie about them as well is probably a little unnecessary. I know nothing about this script but hopefully based on a true story or something.
