It would be great to have servers that support both protocols, i prefer XMPP because of speed but some say matrix is safer.

I use TinyBit launcher, i think it can do it but i never needed to because junk app quickly go so far in list you just don't see them.

Are there tools that exist to anonymize writing styles?

I feel like with the rise of AI something that anonymizes writing styles should exist. For example it could look for differences in American versus British spelling like color versus colour or contextual things like soccer versus football and make edits accordingly. ChatGPT could be fed a prompt that says "Rewrite the following...

Non-native english speakers tend to mix up various styles, you could ask somone to paraphrase your text.

Asimov's Foundation series (two times polish translation and once original) and The Hitchikerms Guide to Galaxy by Adams Douglas (once in polish, twice original)

Try to shine strong flaslight trough it, if you'll see traces of wire it's a RFID/NFC sticker. Those are used for identification.

If our friend who admins this website reads it, i have to report an missing whitespace between "such" and "harsh" in paragraph 5.

I have some questions:
What read/write speeds?
Is it even writeable in a reasonable way? (CD/DVD burners blast your disk with a laser and "cook" darker patches that are your data)
How long does it live on this disk?

Are there goldilocks zones for tidally locked planets?

A tidally locked planet does not rotate in relation to its sun. One side is always day, one, always night. This is caused by tidal forces pulling all planets towards this same equilibrium, so it's completely stable once it does occur..a tidally locked planet at an earthlike distance from the sun would be scorching heat on one...

montar ,

Temperatures would be okay in the twilight zone, not sure about water, but winds would blow you out of your shoes.

I see one use-case, If you're going w/ sth illegal as hell to a place where you might get arrested and searched for just being there i.e a protest, nuking your (illegal) data might save your ass.

It's called The Internet afaik.

montar ,

You would be pumping your server heat into mass of water and just swapping it from time to time with cold water from lake/sea/river/whatever.

montar ,

Same! I would also cram a small server and ton of tools into it so i would have a portable hackerspace.

Just be sure those pallets were not used with toxic stuff. I'm damn sure that those that lay behind food stores are just ok.

Why those coders haveto do a new app instead of doing work on briar?

I've just finished 50 minute podcast via piped, worked just fine, recommend you to use some obscure instance and it works great.

KOreader is great, but use muPDF if you don't want to learn

What about servicing those turbines so they don't fail at all? "This dam powers our city since 4000 years." Sounds nice and Star Trek-ish doesn't it?

Looks like another govt relying on majority that has no idea about how internet works. It won't stop kids, but pr0n sites and their partners will certainly get richer.
