The same can standing tall on his hind legs to look out the window at the world outside. Except he's instead sniffing the stick that controls the opening and closing of the blinds.

Then you look up and observe the towel rack. The left bracket here is narrow-bodied and the right bracket is thick-bodied.

So basically they mixed up the brackets between the towel rack and the toilet paper roll holder.
