Observe: The left and right brackets on the toilet roll holder don't match. The one on the left is thick-bodied, the one on the right is narrow-bodied.

Nothing weird going on here, right? They just got a replacement that doesn't match the original. Happens plenty, I'm sure. But then.......

Then you look up and observe the towel rack. The left bracket here is narrow-bodied and the right bracket is thick-bodied.

So basically they mixed up the brackets between the towel rack and the toilet paper roll holder.
