Officially, there are 3 days left on the 11th annual international Gender Census 2024. In reality, I'm pretty busy this week so it'll probably stay open a few days longer.

It's for anyone whose gender (or lack thereof) isn't described by the M/F binary. It's short and easy, and results are useful in academia, business and self-advocacy.

One day before parliament was dissolved on 30th May, the UK government used an obscure emergency process to make possession of puberty blockers for new treatment of trans kids illegal, and punishable by up to two years in prison. [1] There was no parliamentary debate, no vote, and no public consultation.

The timing was deliberate. As parliament was dissolved a day later, we have no MPs, and therefore no way to challenge this decision as citizens.

The Good Law Project is challenging it in court, and crowdfunding £75,000 to do so. They have about £2,000 so far.

Parents of children on GIC waiting lists are being told by the NHS that if they don't bring their kids to an """assessment""" they risk being reported to Social Services.

The Good Law Project recognises that the NHS are behaving unethically, and is running a crowdfunder to seek urgent legal advice to challenge the NHS.

Only 18% of respondents are over 31, and over half are in the USA, so it really helps to get the word out to as many different places as possible.
