Mac malware that steals passwords, cryptocurrency wallets, and other sensitive data has been spotted circulating through Google ads, making it at least the second time in as many months the widely used ad platform has been abused to infect web surfers....

all the more reason to use an adblocker... and a script blocker if you don't mind the extra clicks to get a whitelist going or to temporarily allow them somewhere.

ublock origin and adblock plus do the same thing and can be configured to use the same filter lists.

there's also a fair number of students and graduates from certain countries or related to certain peoples that he might want to help in exchange for who-knows-what.

the one thing that is certain, is he isn't proposing it for the benefit of 'immigrants' or 'foreign students' or even for the betterment of america.. but rather, for himself. it's always about him.

(they're still priced above cost btw. hot dogs are cheap, especially when you own the factory. fountain syrup per serving is also inexpensive, and they no-doubt have a sweetheart deal from pepsico to keep them loyal)

it's mainly two things:

automakers and their dealers make significantly more profits off of big cars and trucks,

and then also the typical buyer mindset that 'bigger is better'.

i worked on a pc used by an older, very "conservative" woman awhile back. needed help with her facebook accounts (plural), among other things. she had vpn clients, multiple browsers. tor, the whole bit on there.

it would be one thing if she was just passing tracts, but she was all-in on the fake news, trump, anti-vax, the border, jan 6 and 'the steal'.. basically the whole far-right agenda. and she was spreading that manure far and wide.

the kicker: she's an employee of a local catholic parish.
