I guess my missed opportunity would be not backing up my pc when I bought one for $600 in 2013 and losing it to a hard drive wipe. Didn't consider it's existence when I did it because who cared at the time.

I feel like this happens every year. We really should start scheduling it to end at 11:30 to account for a bit of bleed over. A lot of us rely on dead-on timing when it comes to eating. Forgiving student debt would provide financial relief for 50million+ (a good chunk of the country) and would quite literally provide an economic boon instantly. Not to mention the millions of POC that would give immediate upward mobility. If the govt can bail out big business and forgive their PPP loans during the pandemic they can afford to cut student loans. I agree with you on your other points though.

I completely agree with all of that. Forgiveness is merely a bandaid for a broader solution, but providing intermediary relief is not saying we shouldn't also address the root cause.

Boost. It was my go to on reddit for 6+ years. The developer is solo and has a fantastic user interface. Jerboa is clunky and slow. Wasn't a fan.
