9 people were injured, including 2 young children & their mother, after a opened fire at a in a suburb.

The happened just after 5PM at a city park featuring a rec area w/nonslip surface where people can turn on sprays & fountains to play. The attack appeared random. The shooter drove up to the park, walked to the splash pad & fired as many as 28X, stopping mult times to reload.
