Hayduke ,

I have a feeling they aired that to startle the base into ignoring all of the fuckery surrounding trump and voting for him out of fear. I somehow doubt the numbers are accurate or even from a conducted poll. I may be wrong but I figure if it's on Fox, and it's political, it's probably intentional bullshit.

Hell yes! I am all for new Tolkien content, but the first Tintin was such a wild ride and stuffed with enough subtle audio/visual gags. Its amazing that it flew that far under people's radars. I have recommended it to so many and maybe one person of all of them remember even hearing of it. Crazy underrated.

Destruction Derby 2 was loads of fun. I was going to say something like Choplifter, but I saw some video the other day that seems a perfect fit.

Not underrated, but I would love to have a next-gen SOCOM, and wouldn't say no to another Wipeout.

But hey, who doesnt need 43 new JRPGs?

Hayduke ,

Oh dear god, no. It's like motor oil and antifreeze.

Pull the drawer completely out so it is free from the cabinet and empty it. Cut/pull the exposed staples. Clean it up. Dry fit it so it goes back together well and seats as flush as it used to. Titebond wood glue all connecting surfaces, both sides. Fit the drawer front back on the drawer body and set it either front face down on a table with a book or three on the top, or drawer back side down with books/weight on the top/drawer face. Let glue cure for 24 hours. That should honestly be enough unless it gets a lot of abuse. If that's the case, some wood corner/shoe moulding glued into the inside left and right corners afterward should keep it intact. Wood glue is strong AF. Stronger than the wood that drawer is made from.

What should I add to my '90s website?

So I'm currently toying around with NeoCities, and decided to trial it by building your classic mid '90s Geocities/Tripod/Angelfire pastiche website.

Some of the most important elements are already in place.

Tile background? Large font? Heading in bright pink with a shadow? Unusual colour choices? Random cat gifs? Under construction gif? Check! Check! Check!

In the true spirit of the '90s DIY web, some more pages (including the links page) are coming soon.

(I'm thinking of adding a page dedicated to either Britney or a nu-metal band.)

You can see the page so far here: https://that90ssite.neocities.org/

There are a few things that I want to add to make it complete, and I'm looking for suggestions.

The first, is to embed a midi file that plays automatically. Any suggestions on the best way of doing this?

Second, it's just not going to be complete without a guestbook.

Third, any webring suggestions?

Fourth, what's the best way of adding a java chat room in 2024?

Finally, anything else that really needs to be a part of a great '90s website?

UPDATE: Thanks for all the feedback! I've added more annoying GIFs, a guestbook, a links page, and a cyber cat hangout.

UPDATE 2: And added even more gifs, an amazing Amiga demo, and a ton of links.

Uppercase all of your html elements in the markup. Image mapped links. A background that doesn't quite tile properly. Max width 800px

And like a gif of a skull opening his mouth that shows a flame "E-mail" materialize from it or something.
