So, I lost like 10 followers over the last few hours. Weird as hell.

I mean, it's fine if it was organic. I'm not everyone's cup of tea, but it seems sus that 10 people would all say "fuck that guy" all around the same time, for seemingly no reason? I didn't say anything controversial, AFAIK?🤔

@BeAware the only valid criticism i can see about the Fallout tv series is that it should have been released weekly, you are my go to for Fallout stuff haha. Do you agree and do you think the second season will change back to the traditional weekly format

@BeAware ah i see. I ended up deleting New Vegas. It was probably brilliant, but trying to play it in 2024 was my fault. The mechanics felt so old school. I should have played it when it first got released

    @BeAware I think I left it too late to play. Compared to fallout 4 the mechanics feel like a game from 2006, not 2010. It acutely feels like Elder Scrolls Oblivion with guns

    @BeAware I really wanted to play it because I had no idea who the New California Republic were. I first played 3 in 2008? If they were in that I don't remember. But I think I will just watch a YouTube video instead. The shooting mechanics are awful. Or maybe they always were for a 14 year old game

    @BeAware My instance mastodon.green is allowing Threads. I hate Zuck but i am not stupid. Most big accounts that find Mastodon too confusing will move there. So it is nice to be able to interact with them. I like that my server lets me still choose to do that.

    @BeAware i remember it first coming out but i have never played it. Same with the first Resident Evil. I remember watching my mate play it and thinking not much of it. Now it is 8 games strong and i ADORE Resident Evil 7!

    @BeAware RE7 was the first of the series to go first person. I think it was 2017 but covid lockdown has messed up my perception of time so much ha! It is for me the best of the series. Even without VR.

    @BeAware this was perhaps a benefit for me. I only know RE1 from watching someone else play it. He told me this was a departure but still in the same universe. All the characters are new. My friend described it as a spin off. Completely new point of view. Completely new play style.

    Played more Fallout 76 this morning. It's quite enjoyable. Honestly, I'm enjoying the gameplay and RPG elements quite a bit more than Fallout 4 even.

    @BeAware ah thanks for the review. I always play as a sniper in every game because I just love the stealth option. Although it is crazy that in Fallout 4 I can snipe with a handgun called The Deliverer. I heard New Vegas was made by a different studio. I needed a mod for Fallout 4. Sim settlements. This should be in the game in my opinion
