@MondayMoon Hello. This morning I had a black tea with various flowers and whatnot that I like a lot. This afternoon I had a strong desire for green tea, so got the longjing out.

@babelcarp Oh yes, I also enjoy a big pot of tea, and do that with oolongs too.
But I've been enjoying the evolving aromas of this tea today. I managed to get some nuttiness out of it too, in addition to the floral and spice notes.

@babelcarp After each steep I empty the pitcher of tea and remove the plunger (so it doesn't continue to cook/steam). Really it would be better if the plunger pulled the tea up and out of the liquid instead of pushing it down. @tea
