@faab64 @Pollinators. We had mixed vegetable and shittake mushroom biryani for the noon meal. Our extra seasoning on top was fermented Adzika from the 2023 dill, parsley, and coriander garden. (This is a pitch for make your own Adzika.). , , .

@parslii @Pollinators @faab64. The fermented Adzhika recipe is from . The book is Fiery Ferments. We use 2% salt for the weight of the ingredients. One batch is a half pound of red chiles like cayenne. And a half pound of bell pepper, and a stalk of celery, and two cloves of garlic, and one cup loosely packed fresh dill, and a quarter cup loosely packed fresh cilantro. It’s a good fermentation. , .
