It's :disability_pride:
Time for my annual PSA for Creators:
Subtitles Are Vital
Also, plan on them going Over your video
When you put important info at the bottom of the screen I have to pause, turn off subtitles, rewind, play it to see the info, pause, & turn subtitles back on- unless I miss it entirely because the subtitles hide it!

I’m switching to ESPN+ to watch the 2nd period on the ASL broadcast. It’s available if you have Hulu.

Not that I can read ASL. But I love that the NHL is doing this, and I want to encourage them to do more!

Profoundly man awarded £50K after mistreatment by job centre staff

‘Although he had not met him and knew little of his background, the official advised colleagues that Rimmer’s deafness was not a significant barrier to work and suggested his complaints about lack of deaf-friendly support were a way of trying to wilfully “sabotage” efforts to help him find a job.’

? Wow, the bleak moment in The Breakup Lists was even worse than I expected, though actually worked really well with the story arc. I found it overall a good read, though too repetitious and with a bit of a deus ex machina ending; I would've like to see the main character really pursue what he wanted.

Has what seems like very good representation, is very , and very geeky about high school theater. And a sweet romance.

As winds down, I haven't really talked about being .

PSA for Creators:
SUBTITLES ARE IMPORTANT, USE THEM
Also, they are designed to go OVER the video.
This means that when you put important info at the bottom of the screen I have to pause, turn off subtitles, rewind, play it to see your text, pause, & turn subtitles back on... unless I just don't see the info because the subtitles block it.
