Well y'all, this past week I have seen my first #cybertruck in the wild. And this morning I saw my second cybertruck in the wild.
Swell.
They look just as boxy, ugly, out-of-place, and pretentious in person as they do in pictures.
First in #OklahomaCity, second in #EdmondOK, which is separated from #OKC by one street. So there is the chance it was the same vehicle. I sincerely hope so. It just pains me to think that there might be two such complete, unadulterated fools in this area.
“The Cybertruck is not road-legal in China, although that hasn’t stopped Tesla from displaying the rust-prone electric pickup in some of its Chinese showrooms. Likewise, Tesla has just announced plans for a European Cybertruck tour. But, just like in China, the EV pickup cannot be sold in the EU.”
Who needs a #cybertruck when you can use a #nissanleaf to carry 1 cement mixer, 1 spade, 2 bags of cement, 2 210x15x5cm bits of timber, 2 25l buckets of sand, 1 cordless drill, 1 box of 130mm screws, 1 cup of tea and half of packet of hobnob biscuits
So all the Tesla cybertrucks are being recalled becasue of a stupid design flaw (in a vehicle that is full of stupid design flaws). Some are expressing surprise that this only amounts to 3878 vehicles. That number is surprising – I would have thought the number of blindly fanatic Musk fans that would go for the wankpanzer was much higher. DId they have production issues?
(Screenshot from ‘Total Recall’ below. It’s the dystopian Arnold Schwarzenegger film from 1990. Kinda funny since the cybertruck is facing a total recall right now 😂)
@jeffowski
The car looks like children's toys.
When it came out about 5 yrs ago, i thought it was sleek, last year when they spoke of the launch, it looked archaic, not modern and like a litle babies play toy badly designed.
How time flies, what looks good today may look terrible tomorrow #technology#modernity#sophistication #tesla#cybertruck#musk#design#cars
