Meanwhile the UC has filed an unfair labor practices complaint with the NLRB, claiming it's unlawful to strike over issues that aren't "labor related." But how is it not "labor related" when the UC is firing and disciplining teachers for expressing solidarity with Palestine? How is it not "labor related" when they're using the police to create a violent and disruptive environment in their workplaces?

#Louisiana#Republicans are busy classifying #mifepristone and #misoprostol as Level IV controlled substances. That puts them on par with some illegal narcotics, and criminalizes their possession with prison time.
The law exempts pregnant women from prosecution, but will make Louisiana the only state to classify these safe and effective drugs as "dangerous drugs of abuse."
@tzimmer_history The warnings about the dissolution of the Republic have been in the material I have been reading since at least the early 2000s. I remember in particular one reference to a Russian Academic's predictions which seem to have been prescient. (Long since forgotten his name.)
IMO, this has long been the plan of the far right #WhiteNationalist, #Christofascist crowd that views Putin as a hero of the white race.
