In 2016 I moved. Thank goodness was buyers market then, by me, anyway, for my new(used) house. B4 Covid, thank goodness. My previous house was in really depressed area. No bites, zero. Finally after about 6 months, with help from my bro, we visited agent and canceled his contract. Told him we would self sell. Agreed he could offer, with a lower commission. Guess what? He came with a buyer w/i the month. Good luck 💕💕🤞
