@GottaLaff just FYI, a colleague of mine got in a lot of trouble for listening to their home security cam while selling the house. The buyer found out their conversation was listened to (while they were talking about the house and how much they liked it), ended up suing my colleague, my colleague lost something to the tune of $100k. I'd delete the post where you talk about your Ring camera and stop listening to it while showing off the house.

Reminder: real estate agents typically keep their own homes on the market for several months longer than their clients'.

They know the buyer will come along at the price they want, it just takes time.

@GottaLaff That sucks. We have just taken our house off the market as winter approaches because we have just had enough of open homes. We'll list it again in the spring.

The market is so blimmin flat. I'm seeing fantastic houses that are listed well below what they are worth and they are just sitting there unsold.

@GottaLaff Having moved and sold houses a lot (good markets and bad), it honestly just takes one. It's a lot less about getting a ton of looky-loos and just finding that one person that falls in love with your house. Don't lose hope!

@GottaLaff Around here (Fresno) some realtors are listing homes at below market rates in an effort to encourage bidding wars. Sometimes they happen, sometimes they don't.
