OMG look who I met on my walk to the bus stop this morning! It’s a little brown snake or garter snake??(not venomous, small, gentle, native) Look at this amazing New Yorker! So cute. They were sunning on the sidewalk so I moved them to a warm hidden rock. I worry someone will kill it just for being a snake. Happily the school kids who stopped to watch were delighted if a little scared. This snake has made my day! #nyc#snake#Storeria
