So I'm thinking about stopping intermittent fasting, at least for a while, mainly to see if it will be beneficial for preventing migraines.

In my case, it means I will start eating breakfast again. I could use some advice what kind of breakfast would be good to transition into and not give me too much weight gain. And perhaps adjust my lunch accordingly.

Websites on the matter only come up with all kinds of exotic meals, but I need something simple and not too expensive.
