I understand that the initially filing was rejected because it lacked required information, James is challenging the validity of the bond itself, and non-involved lawyers reviewing the publicly-available information say it doesn’t satisfy the terms. But has the court actually/officially rejected it on these grounds yet? Or are we still just speculating/hoping that it will be?
