This is the story of a tragic and suspicious death. Boeing drove him out of his job for doing it too well. Then he dies before getting to complete his testimony? Really?

I wonder if we'll ever know what really happened. Or what he was going to say on that second day of testimony.

@futurebird Yeah, when reading stories like that, I always think, if you have knowledge like that, you need to document everything and place your written testimony with like 10 different people. And then, Idk, announce somehow that you already gave your testimony? So then hopefully there'll be no point in killing you?

I wonder if we'll get a movie like Silkwood...
If that happens, Boeing might have to fold and re-brand.

@futurebird I saw a clip of a friend of his being interviewed and she said he'd told her, "If anything happens, it's not suicide."

Yikes.
There is this idea that since he had PTSD from his job that means this "isn't surprising" and I hate it. I hate how any mental health condition from depression to anxiety can be used to excuse things away.

And who knows what the truth is... but this isn't passing the sniff test for me at all.

Wow. Suspicious AF. Seriously? A pistol and a note...in his car. That's awfully convenient for some people, but pretty unlikely for, like, at least 10 different reasons.
