@GottaLaff As I understand it (and I could easily be wrong), his argument is that as president he could keep anything he wanted that he accrued during his administration. The Constitution’s two emoluments clauses clearly prohibit that. One only has to visit any presidential library to see what most former presidents do with such things, or at least the ones that are not classified. Of course, the very thought that he would ever have his own presidential library is laughable.
