@Strandjunker I love what you said! But I have grown a habit. I'd like to ensure I don't fall for the "champions of human rights" until I can be sure he or she champions those rights without exceptions.

Scrolling through your posts greatly disappointed me. "Pressive except for " is just racism plus cowardice, and makes your glorious statements empty, and unconvincing.

@Strandjunker The Kann v Yale Connecticut Supreme Court ruling would differ in cases of Title IX in the US. Now I have not heard of similar judicial issues in Commonwealth countries (like here in Canada) and in the EU because the right to a fair trial is enforced by:

  • Section 11(d) of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms
  • ECHR (EU)
  • Human Rights Act of 1998 (UK)
  • Article 14, Section 32 of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (Australia, Source: QHRC)
