@orionkidder North Van is beautiful. We looked there, but it was too hard to cross the bridge with all the traffic, so we stuck with PM, which we fell in love with on our first visit.
We move in May-ish. We've had a townhouse there for over a year, got perm residency about 1 1/2 years ago.
