@GottaLaff I've never understood politicians (of any ideology) that leave their respective body because they are frustrated. Work through it, FFS. Everyone else has to do that in their jobs. Quitting a fancy political job because it's not easy is a really really elitist concept.
@timo21 But nobody seems to be getting this: He says he's quitting because the House is broken, but he's going to work to elect the guy who broke the House!

It's the freakiest thing and exposes that "religion" in this country a is dangerous tool of fascism.We need removal of tax-exempt status from all religious organizations. More disturbing is the realization of a vast child sexual abuse pedophile network in the Christian church. Catholic "priests", "Christian" pastors, church youth and camp counselors, boy scout leaders... What a sick and perverse cult. It's telling that the Pizzagate op was an attempt to shift blame to Dems.

The reporting here in Tennessee is that Green is quitting the Congress he helped break in order to help make our state even more dysfunctional by becoming our next governor too.

I wouldn't expect it from that Trumper Mark Green, but I keep hoping that one of these Republicans deciding to retire because they've helped make Congress into a hostile work environment will go ahead and leave the GOP and make Hakeem Jeffries Speaker of the House so that we can have adults in charge again.
