Tell me you don't understand scale without telling me you don't have a grip on scale.

Also, again, we can have an entire conversation about implicit vs. explicit consent, but it has to start from two bases:

  1. Don't harass people.

  2. An understanding of what is actually out there and how it actually works.

@hrefna Mastodon/fedi seemed great at first, but I'm starting to drift back to centralised social networks because I'm sick of the agressive reactions that even proposals/suggestions provoke. It seems less hassle just to let Zuck et al. know about my unhealthy Discworld and Elite Dangerous obsession

I'm not saying there aren't god awful suggestions out there, but some days I can't help but feel the only reason that The Internet got off the drawing board was because The Internet didn't exist
