Natalie Cline(R) Utah state school board member needs to step down today. And then she should probably face a lawsuit from the teen's family.
Natalie posted a photo of a teenaged basketball player claiming that she was trans. The teen has needed police protection. The teen has been subject to disgusting online bullying.
The teen isn't trans. Not that this would be any less heinous if she were trans. When you buy into "correct" and "incorrect" women. You invite all women to be judged.

Perhaps it is no more incorrect than having only one hand, but I definitely prefer having 2 hands and I don’t see kids being encouraged to keep their hands when they think having only one hand will get them a lot of support and encouragement from people that weren’t even paying attention to them before. They are not only being encouraged, they are being told it might be the thing they have been missing all of their life and the reason they feel so sad.
