You are of course totally right concerning the choice between Trump and Biden, but as a European outside observer, i sometimes wonder: The USA, with a population of over 300 million people, which calls itself "the greatest country in the world", are these two individuals really the most qualified for the job ?
@gfarrell Biden is considered a genocide enabler, a war criminal complicit in the death and destruction of Palestinians, on the world stage. And if you chose to look, the world is laughing at and mocking him. I’m not American and you’ll not find many in Europe who are giving Biden the thumbs up.
@gfarrell personally I am tired of the archaic idea that a man must be a vigorous “warrior” in order to lead. We are in the 21st century and if a Stephen Hawking was listened to as a leader in science, despite his chair and mechanical voice, or Roosevelt in his wheel chair; we can vote for a man who clearly knows his stuff despite sounding frail and bewildered. Entirely playing devil's advocate here you understand, and not trying to antagonise you zealous Biden apologists in the slightest, but Trump didn't as I recall ever supply the weaponry and coverage on the world stage for murdering tens of thousands of children, did he?
Trump is also sharper, though completely incoherent, mentally. Biden today is not the same as Biden a year ago, is he?
Do you genuinely think doddery Biden is as persuasive a candidate as, say, Vice President Trump? Sorry, I meant Vice President Harris?
