@rbreich YES! The American electorate is not as sophisticated as we heve fooled ourselves into believing. Once the electorate valued a President that they "could have a beer with" over one that had the qualifications and intelligence to run the most powerful country in the world, we were doomed to this moment in history where a baffoon like trump is taken seriously as a viable candidate.
@rbreich No, but after living under Biden for four years and watch him cut all the programs I rely on while my grocery budget went up by 200%, Trump doesn't seem so bad anymore. I'm still voting Jill Stein. Get better candidates.
@rbreich
I created this meme as an ongoing (editable) project during Fucko’s term. It isn’t complete, but it indicates the worst of the many, many “red lines” he crossed on a daily/weekly basis. I eventually ran out of room.
@rbreich it seems that “he’s not Trump“ isn’t working for people who are suffering. Get better candidates, get better policies, stop supporting genocide, stop talking down to people.
@rbreich Yes, they have. And even more: they're blaming Biden for all what the bad that has been initiated in Trump era and attribute all the succes Biden had to Trump.
@rbreich We had President #RonaldReagan back in 1980s, and people did not seem to mind when he committed treason by stealing that election. That president was bad, and yes, #DonaldTrump is worser.
@rbreich It looks like media are capitalizing on progressives being vulnerable to doubt, progressives being perhaps a little neurotic. This seems to be an Achilles heel.
@rbreich As for Biden, and I am speaking as a European, it is ok to vote for the ideas and ideals. It being all about the man is a dubious concept from the far ends of the spectrum to start with.
If you don't think Biden is up for it; trust the system. There are enough capable people lined up.
