Kavanaugh has evidently read one case and it's the only thing he can think about. It's, like his whole personality now.
As an aside, and with the caveat that I know little about him, it certainly seems like Murray is in a bit over his head with this court.
I’m not a lawyer, but he does a good job of answering their questions but not so much of answering with an understanding of how to neuter their arguments.
