@GottaLaff I’m surprised states lock down the presumed candidate prior to the party’s convention. State primary elections are much like the general election: people are voting for delegates who are charged with representing a candidate at the convention. Party rules allow the delegates to switch to a different candidate if circumstances warrant it. I wonder if Nevada has done away with the delegate system and requires their delegates to stand pat?
