@pcyx @GottaLaff He signed a couple of checks while in the Oval Office. That's it, and it won't be enough to make him immune (though it may be enough to allow his lawyers to appeal yet again and delay his sentencing even further).

The more legitimate and interesting argument is whether the immunity decision affects what extrinsic aggravating/mitigating factors (including other crimes and bad behavior) the judge may consider when imposing sentence.
