I'm pretty mad towards Canonical to be honest, because with Ubuntu 22.04, they only ship with Snap. And you can't even install .deb files anymore. Yeah, crazy stuff. Unless you use the command line: apt install <deb file>. But we are talking about Ubuntu Desktop 24.04, which suppose to be for a generic Linux user. I will never recommend Ubuntu for (new) users.
