If any of you have a cat, and have had the problem of her "acolytes" showing up and leaving gifts for "the blessed one" at your door because you let your cat get online and she started a cult... well what do you think is the ethical thing to do with all the gifts?
I know this is a common problem for cat owners, but I'm really struggling.
@futurebird My cats have obviously been slacking off in the cult department. I think two of them have second families, but no worshipful gifts for them deposited at our door.
There are a few scientists who want to study the mystery of where milk caps go because they think it may have implications for quantum physics-- but Pica has not been very helpful with this and mostly just distracts everyone by being cute.
Anyways I'm terrified to look behind the couch at this point. Who knows what's back there?
similar problem only with a cocker spaniel and the accumulation is under my bed and not behind the couch (in this case stolen tamales right off the dining room table!)
@futurebird I think I know what “gifts” you’re talking about. I have a few feral cats living in my garage, and needless to mention, one of them will very rarely bring a poor little dead animal on the property.
A portion of my backyard is a pet cemetery…
