faab64 ,

last year, I had to hand pollinate all my cucumber plants because I couldn't find any bees to do the job.

But this year, I have a lot of of different types, even a chunky bumble bee visiting my every day and seems busy pollinating my cucumber and pepper plants.

I don't know what is the difference between this year and last year, but I am really enjoying it and already have some 20 baby on one plant.

Cute butt of a bee deep inside the cucumber plant pollinating them for me to have delicious cucumbers.

@faab64 probably took them a while to get a hold of your location, like us humans have to wander until we've found our new favourite restaurant

@faab64 most likely they remember the location from last year. I don’t know how they do it but they definitely do.

Ah interesting, never thought about that.

They are now welcome to my balcony any time, planting plenty of small wild flowers and peppers, cucumbers and other edible plants to enjoy it this summer.

Trying to do the best I can with my 11m² balcony
