@grayface_ghost it's almost funny (but really not) how the Tories manage to find the most sexist/bigoted and racist (thinking here of Priti Patel and her knock-off, Braverman) women of colour to be in their party. "Look, we're totally inclusive! Not sexist and racist! It's not racism, see, she's brown! It's not sexism, see, she's a woman!"

If anyone can find a transphobic trans person, it's the Tories. Give it time.

I don't think anyone I've talked with really gets Debbie Heyton. The working assumptions are probably that her self-hatred and internalized transphobia are off the scale. The Telegraph recently promoted her book, so there's always the grift too ...

But she's the only one I know of in the UK thankfully
