Isn't it more about the term limit than the party? e.g. if you could have 3 terms then it would (mostly) happen. I haven't analysed the data just making assumptions based on my sketchy knowledge of US history.

Either way, one suggestion:

• Re-Elect Biden
• Just before 2 year mark, he resigns
• Harris takes over
• She gets 2 more terms after that
