You need to read this article by @TexasObserver to understand the gravity of this case. This is a situation where a few rogue guys decide they want to "lock her up" and literally throw their political opponents in jail. Regular courts call foul, but the Fifth Circuit says it sounds just fine. It's now going to the US Supreme Court, months before an election that could put Donald Trump back in the presidency. Truly bad news.
