That wasn't a dig at Joe B. I like Joe B., and will vote for him again. I just wanted to point out that some people dedicated their lives to the US military, and were treated very badly in consequence of their sexual orientation. Others were able to continue to full retirement by hiding their true selves. And that is an injustice to those who were brave enough to be honest. Just my opinion.

@GottaLaff It's never too late to make things right. Gay men and women have been soldiering since the species has existed. It's about time we recognized their devotion and sacrifice to the nation by serving and dying in defense of the Republic. Meanwhile, some paid to get out of the draft and call veterans losers and suckers, that my friend is a coward, plain and simple.
