I don't know why people on twitter/X used to complain that #Mastodon is confusing. I've been here for nearly a whole day and it feels easy and very immersive. I can even communicate with users from other websites provided these websites use #ActivityPub. And unlike twitter/X, I don't need to worry about getting stalked and harassed by regime-paid Saudis, Turks and Azerbaijanis who hate my critical views about their dictatorial countries. Can't believe I was missing this experience before.
