@jasonb Yes, it's cliché to say that every accusation is a confession, but in this case it's a helpful frame. GOP fascists say they oppose DEI because it results in unqualified people getting jobs based solely on their identity. Which is exactly how they treat diversity and identity politics in general. E.g.
