@nycCatHerder I don't know. Nothing about how this went down gives me confidence that there is any chance of saving congestion pricing without serious political and likely judicial mobilization right now.
Even in that best case scenario, this last minute announcement is already wrecking chaos all over the MTA's capital budget and credit rating. By the time this election is over, we may be looking at not just a 2017 style transit crisis but a 70s and 80s like transit budget meltdown.
