@rafi0t Yes, it is one of the reasons that most digital rights organisations choose not to apply for any EU funding at all. Because you need to hire a full time admin just for the paperwork.

@whvholst also, the fact they pay one day in the future, maybe, and you better have big 4 level of cashflow if you don't like camping and pasta in the meantime.
