Some reminders you may need:

Body:

🧡 Look away from your screen to a point as far away as you can for a good 30 seconds.
💛 Drink something hydrating. It doesn't have to be water; I'm not your mother.
💚 Take your meds if you need to.
💙 Have a snack if it's been a while.
💜 Get some sleep if you need it.

Mind/Emotions:
❤️ Research a topic you love. It will help you learn something new and give you a brain-boost!
🧡 Give or receive a hug. Plushies or pillows work if nobody is available!
💛 Send someone you love a nice message. It will make both of you happy!
💚 Wear something comfortable and get comfy in your favorite space with your favorite media to relax. This is important! Please do take breaks when you need them!
💙 Think about all the things in your life that you appreciate.
💜 Remember how loved you are by so many, and realize you deserve that love.

And finally, some
Affirmations:
