@ElleGray Same. And it's definitely food, yeah. For me it was like a deconstructed bagel with lox. The filling is the bagel, safely hidden from view. Around that, and spilling out the top are cream cheese and a little too much dill. I think someone didn't want capers but also didn't want to skimp on the greens. Finally, wrap it all in the finest smoked salmon. Grab it with both hands and chow down!
