RolloTreadway , I have been drinking lapsang souchong for I don't know how many years. I love it good and smoky, the more stridently smoky the better.
And yet, I still always find myself wondering when I brew it, why can I smell smoke? Especially so when I've just opened a fresh bag of leaves.
I will never learn.
