some of you need to learn the difference between “a yacht” and “a sailing yacht”. i thought environmentally friendly hobbies and modes of transportation is something we wanted people to have. but suddenly you’re all gleeful about people ending up in a very dangerous situation because their sailboat got sunk 😒
first image: the type of boat you think about when you read “yacht”. very expensive, exceedingly wasteful and dirty, a menace for marine creatures big and small, and incidentally also completely unaffected by medium sized whales
second image: the type of boat that these orcas like to sink. also happens to embody the most environmentally friendly way to travel on the ocean
